Wintertime is my favorite time of the year. We like to play in the snow and make angels in the snow with our friends. It’s fun to play with Rudolph and Frosty outside. The North Pole is getting cold. I enjoy warming my feet by the fireplace and sipping on some hot chocolate.

It has been quite cold here in the North Pole but it has been fun to watch the snow fall every day. I helped the elves make a snowman yesterday and we named him Frosty. It’s been a busy year making toys with the help of the elves. The elves and I are preparing the sleigh for Christmas Eve. I am gathering the reindeers together and shining Rudolph’s red nose so he can guide my sleigh that night. Mrs. Claus has been happily making gingerbread cookies for us all. She is almost done knitting a warm blanket for me to take on the sleigh.

I’ve checked my list twice and found your name on the top of the good list this year. I have many stops to make on Christmas Eve but city will be one of my very first stops. While I am in city, I will make sure to bring something nice for friend’s name as well.

Rudolph is playing reindeer games with Comet and Donner and Blitzen. The other reindeers are resting for the big night. The elves have been very busy making cool toys and games. Mrs. Claus and I are sitting by the fireplace roasting chestnuts and drinking hot cocoa.
We are all getting very excited about Christmas. Child’s Name, don’t forget to leave out cookies and a glass of milk for me.

So, this is your first Christmas? How exciting! Santa loves new babies just like you, First Name. I can’t wait to finally meet you for the first time when I come to city on Christmas Eve.

Christmas time is almost here and it is nearly time for my yearly arrival to city. But before the big day, there’s one thing I must do…It’s to remember the reason for the season, and I hope you and Friend’s Name do too.

You see, Child’s Name, we have “Christmas Day” because of one special baby boy. When he was born, all the church bells were ringing and all the angels were singing.

Greetings from North Pole, Child’s Name! I just finished reading the Christmas Story aloud to Mrs. Claus from my bible. As I read my favorite Christmas verse, Luke 2-11, “for unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord,” I started thinking about the true meaning of Christmas.

It is easy to get sidetracked during the holiday season. Yet, we must always take the time to keep in mind the birth of Jesus Christ – the real reason for Christmas.

When I checked the good gender list, I was so happy to see you near the top. This tells me that you have been doing a great job of keeping little baby Jesus in your heart all year-long. The kindness and love you share with Friend’s Name makes me very happy. Mrs Claus and I are both very proud of you and I am certain your family is too! I will see you soon in city.
