1. When is the best time to order a Santa Letter?
NOW! As you can imagine, Christmas is a very busy time of year for the postal service and with us as well. To avoid any delays we recommend that you order your letter as soon as possible.

2. When will my letter be mailed?
In the order form, you will be asked when you want your letter sent. As shown below, you can select to have your letter sent immediately, 1st week of December or 2nd week of December.

If you choose regular mail (free!) and the letter is sent to a U.S. address, expect 4-5 days to receive your letter. If the letter is sent regular mail outside of the country, expect 6-7 days delivery time. You can also choose to upgrade your shipping to a priority shipping method which will create a tracking number for which you can track. In the unlikely event of your letter being lost or late, we offer a full money back guarantee.

3. Can I send a letter for an adult or as a gag gift?
Of course you can. We offer pre-written letters as a convenience to our customers, however, we give you the option to write your own letter as well. Say whatever you want to say. Your words will be copied exactly as they were typed so please be careful of typos!

4. Is your order system secure?
Yes - it is. Our site is secured with a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate. This creates a secure connection between a client and a server, over which any amount of data can be sent securely. Rest assured that your information will be safe with us

5. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept paypal orders.

6. How do I check the status of my order?
Please login to your account where you will see full details of your order.

7. What happens if my letter does not arrive before Christmas?
We have designed our method systematically to avoid this from happening. However, sometimes events can occur that are outside our control. In the unlikely event that this happens we have a full unconditional money back guarantee.

9. Can I change a letter once I've ordered it?
Yes you can, if your letter hasn't already been processed and mailed. You can send us an email with your name, order number and a brief description of the change to:

Please use the 'forgotten password' button on the login page and we will send you an email to remind you of your password

12. Can I send a letter anywhere in the world?
Yes you can, although we would recommend that you follow the schedule below. If you choose to pay extra to use Priority or Express Mail services, you do not have to follow this schedule.

13. How do I use a discount/coupon code?
After you have added your item(s) to your cart, you can enter your discount/coupon code at the bottom of the checkout screen. Enter your code in one of the white fields located in the green box as shown below. Make certain you click "Update Cart" for the discount to calculate.

14. Can I ship directly to the child?
YES you can! Once you have selected the perfect stationary, you will be asked to fill out the name and address of the child (see image below). This should be filled out exactly as you would write it on the envelope. It will be copied exactly as you typed it.
